OUR STORY

KEÏLI is the phonetic pronunciation of the first name of Caleigh, the co-founder of the brand.  At 28, this American, trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York decided to leave the United States to live in Paris.

 

She launches KEÏLI (phonetic pronunciation of her first name) in her apartment in Paris with an oven the size of a toaster. François quits his life as a consultant and joins Caleigh. Together they embark on the adventure of KEÏLI, a healthy food brand with a focus on whole foods and plant based ingredients.

  • collaborated  at Monsieur Bleu's festive terrace at the Palais de Tokyo

  • sold thousands of tacos in a food truck on the bank of the Seine

  • created recipes for ELLE A TABLE

  • opened a counter at DOCK B in Pantin

  • opened a pop-up at Nature & Découvertes Le Marais  

  • participated in the Food Market in Belleville and Dimanche sur Seine

  • opened a KEILI x SHANTY pop-up in the Marais

  • delighted thousands of festival-goers at WE LOVE GREEN FESTIVAL
